This specimen was lot 2967 in Sincona sale 80 (Zürich, October 2022), where it sold for 400 CHF (about US$480 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"ITALY | Verona, Gian Galeazzo Visconti, Duca di Milano, 1387-1402. Pegione o Grosso da 1 1/2 soldo o. J. Selten. Sehr schön. (city of Verona, Gian Galeazzo Visconti, duke of Milan, 1387-1402, undated pegione or grosso of 1½ soldo. Rare, Very fine.)"
Verona, previously part of Milan, was later incorporated into the Terra Firma of Venice.
