This specimen was lot 1710 in Sincona sale 59 (Zürich, October 2019), where it sold for 800 CHF (about US$969 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"Italy, Venedig, Giovanni Pesaro, 1658-1659. 1/4 Zecchino o. J. Sehr selten. Vorzüglich. Kleiner Randfehler. Leicht gewellt. (republic of Venice, John Pesaro, 1658-59, undated quarter zecchino. Very rare, Extremely fine, Minor edge flaw, wavy flan.)"
Altho many doges had fractional ducats struck, they are rare as a class and rarer for shortlived doges such as Pesaro.
