This type is listed in the SCWC for 1933-34 for one of the pope's periodic jubilee years. It is common. It is part of the inaugural series of Vatican coinage issued after the Concordat of 1929 between Mussolini and Pius IX which restored papal sovereignty over the Vatican City.
