This specimen was lot 2666 in Goldberg sale 87 (Los Angeles, September 2015), where it sold for $1,028.12. The catalog description[1] noted, "Netherlands: Utrecht. 2 Ducats, 1656. Standing knight. Reverse: Tablet with legend. Slight double striking on obverse. NGC graded AU-58." This type was struck throughout the eighteenth century until 1794 but remains expensive.
