This issue is among the more plentiful of the early draped bust half dollars of 1801-07. The "small 3" variety is awarded a substantial premium. This specimen has not been attributed by Overton number; specialists are invited to submit their opinions.

Recorded mintage: 188,324.

Specification: 13.48 g, .892 fine silver, .386 troy oz ASW, reeded edge, designed by John Reich.
