This specimen was lot 1482 in Künker sale 352 (Osnabrück, Germany, September 2021), where it sold for €6,500 (about US$9,046 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"TÜRKEI, Mohammed V. 1909-1918. 500 Piaster 1912 (= 1331 AH), 5. Regierungsjahr, Konstantinopel (Istanbul). Luxusprägung. GOLD. Feine Kratzer, vorzüglich. (Turkey, Ottoman empire, Mohammed V, 1909-18, 500 piastres of 1912, year 5, Istanbul mint, monnaie de luxe. Fine scratches, extremely fine.)"

Made in small numbers and normally used for jewelry, undamaged survivors are few.
