This specimen was lot 1481 in Künker sale 352 (Osnabruck, Germany, September 2021), where it sold for €220 (about US$306 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"TÜRKEI, Abdul Hamid II. 1876-1909. 50 Piaster 1907 (= 1325 AH), 33. Regierungsjahr, Konstantinopel (Istanbul). GOLD. Vorzüglich. (Turkey, Ottoman empire, Abdul Hamid II, 1876-1909, fifty piastres of 1907, year 33, Istanbul mint. Extremely fine.)"
This type, with "el-Ghazi" added to the sultan's titles, was struck years 7-34 in limited numbers.
