This specimen was lot 1976 in Sincona sale 63 (Zürich, June 2020), where it sold for 1,000 CHF (about US$1,253 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"TÜRKEI | misc. Abdul Hamid II. 1876-1909. 250 Kurush 1293 H/Jahr 27 (1901), Konstantinopel. Fast vorzüglich. Kleine Kratzer. (sultanate of Turkey, Abdul Hamid II, 1876-1909, 250 kurush of AH 1293, year 27, Constantinople mint. About extremely fine, Small scratches.)"
This type, with "el-Ghazi" added to the sultan's titles, was struck years 11-34 in limited numbers. This rare date earns a slight premium.
