The town of Trier in the Rhineland issued one, five, ten and fifty pfennig notgeld featuring the city arms. They are not dated but the steel fabric and reference to "kleingeldersatzmarke" place the issue before the end of the War.

Recorded mintage: 400,000.

Specification: zinc, 20.5-20.9 mm diameter.
