Künker sale 294, lot 3769

This specimen was lot 3769 in Künker sale 294 (Osnabrück, Germany, July 2017), where it sold for €300 (about US$404 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"TRIER, ERZBISTUM, Kuno II. von Falkenstein, 1362-1388. Goldgulden o. J. (um 1365), Koblenz. GOLD. Leicht geglättet, sehr schön. (Germany, archbishopric of Trier, Kuno II of Falkenstein, 1362-88, undated goldgulden, Coblenz mint. Lightly tooled, very fine.)"

This undated type is fairly common, especially in circulated condition.
