This specimen was lot 4897 in Künker sale 335 (Osnabruck, Germany, March 2020), where it sold for €1,700 (about US$2,225 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"RÖMISCH-DEUTSCHES REICH. DIE ÖSTERREICHISCHEN STANDESHERREN, TRAUTSON, GRAFEN. Franz Eusebius, 1678-1728. Reichstaler 1708, MM, Wien. Prachtvolle Patina, vorzüglich-Stempelglanz. (Holy Roman Empire, counts of Trautson. Francis Eusebius, 1678-1728, thaler of 1708. Outstanding patina, extremely fine to uncirculated.)"
This type was struck 1708 and 1715. It is scarce but not rare like the thalers of the previous century.
