This specimen was lot 968 in Stephen Album sale 39 (Santa Rosa, CA, January 2021), where it sold for $312. The catalog description[1] noted, "TRANQUEBAR: Christian VIII, 1839-1845, AE 10 ka, 1842, very rare one-year type, VF, RRR." The Danish fort at Tranquebar was sold to the British East India Company in 1845. This was one of its last issues.
