This specimen was lot 1228 in Stephen Album sale 39 (Santa Rosa, CA, January 2021), where it sold for $900. The catalog description[1] noted, "TIBET: Qian Long, 1736-1795, AR sho, year 58 (1793), PCGS graded VF35." This type was struck in the last years of Qian Long's reign, years 58-60. This specimen realized sixteen times the catalog value.
