This specimen was lot 73386 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, May 2023), where it sold for $288. The catalog description[1] noted, "THAILAND. 600 Baht, BE 2526 (1983). Rama IX. NGC MS-68. Struck to commemorate the 700th anniversary of the Thai alphabet, this handsome and elusive commemorative delivers rich details and a near-flawless beauty throughout." Another issue of this denomination in 1983 honored the centennial of the first Thai postage stamp (KM Y164).
