This specimen was lot 58561 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2024), where it sold for $900. The catalog description[1] noted, "THAILAND. 9000 Baht, BE 2525 (1982). PCGS MS-67. Commemorating the bicentennial of Bangkok." The Thai regime has issued dozens of gold NCLT's, mostly honoring various events in the royal family, but did not use this denomination until BE 2523, when Y139 was issued to note the queen's sponsorship of the FAO. The 9,000 baht has been struck intermittently since, most recently in 2007 (KM Y488). Bhumiphol (Rama IX) died in 2015 after a 69 year reign.
