This specimen was lot 3578 in Künker sale 406 (Osnabruck, March 2024), where it sold for €1,200 (about US$1,575 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"ITALIEN, TASSAROLO, Agostino Spinola, 1604-1616. Ongaro (Dukat nach ungarischem Vorbild) o. J. . GOLD. RR Sehr schön. (Italy, county of Tassarolo, Augustine Spinola, 1604-16, undated ongaro or ducat of the Hungarian type. Very rare, very fine.)"

Tassarolo is a tiny region in Genoa, today claiming less than a thousand souls. Many varieties exist of this issue.
