This specimen was lot 3603 in Stephen Album sale 38 (Santa Rosa, CA, September 2020), where it sold for $154.70. The catalog description[1] noted, "SWITZERLAND: Confederation, AR franc, 1965-B, virtually flawless surface with blazing luster, PCGS graded MS68." This type was struck 1878-1967 in silver and is still in production today in copper-nickel form. Few dates after 1936 are scarce and this one is common.
Recorded mintage: 5,032,000 plus specimens.
