This specimen was lot 33889 in Heritage sale 3064 (Chicago, April 2018), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "Confederation gold 20 Francs 1930-B MS66 PCGS, Bern mint. A radiant gem with resplendent luster and no marks of significant consequence. Ex. Collection Chaponniere." This type was struck 1897-1935 in large numbers and most dates are readily available today for their bullion value.

Recorded mintage: 3,371,764, a common date.

Specification: 6.45 g, 0.900 fine gold.
