This specimen was lot 3812 in Sincona sale 70 (Zürich, May 2021), where it sold for 180 CHF (about US$237 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"SWITZERLAND | Confederation. 20 Rappen 1858 B, Bern. ANACS MS63. (Switzerland, twenty rappen of 1858, Bern mint. Choice uncirculated.)"
This type was struck 1850-51 at Strasbourg and 1858-59 at Bern. When the twenty rappen was resumed in 1881, it was a nickel coin.
