This type was struck 1991-2000. The mint in Eskilstuna, Sweden, was privatized and sold to a Finnish company in 2002, which closed the facility and moved production to Finland in 2008. In late 2024, the company announced that it would terminate operations in 2025 upon completion of its existing contracts. At that time, it was the sole producer of coins for Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland.

Recorded mintage: 106,548,000.

Specifications: 6.6 g, aluminum brass, 20.5 mm diameter, segmented reeded edge.
