This specimen was lot 31877 in Heritage sale 3029 (New York, January 2014), where it sold for $94. The catalog description[1] noted, "Gustaf V 5 Kronor 1935-G, MS65 NGC. Fully brilliant with spectacular patina, commemorating the 500th anniversary of the Riksdag (Congress). Scarce in this quality." This commemorative was saved in sufficient quantity that it is common today. This was the first silver crown struck in Sweden since 1871 (KM 711).

Recorded mintage: 663,819.

Specification: 25 g, 0.900 fine silver, 36 mm diameter.
