This specimen was lot 31857 in Heritage sale 3029 (New York, January 2014), where it sold for $158.63. The catalog description[1] noted, "Gustaf V 2 Ore 1912, MS64 Brown NGC. A better-date for the type with attractive tan centers that add a blush of red toward the legends. A couple tiny spots on the obverse monogram likely prevented the Gem designation." This type is listed for 1909-16, 1919-42 and 1950. This date is key.
