Sweden 1907-EB 2 kronor KM-773
This specimen was lot 1637 in Sincona sale 76 (Zürich, May 2022), where it sold for 425 CHF (about US$516 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"SWEDEN. Oscar II. 1872-1907. 2 Kronor 1907, Stockholm. Mit den Signaturen EB und AL (Emil Brusewitz, Münzmeister in Stückholm, 1876-1908, und Adolf Lindberg, Stempelschneider in Stockholm, 1898-1916). FDC. NGC MS65+. Prachtexemplar. (kingdom of Sweden, Oscar II, 1872-1907, two kronor of 1907, Stockholm mint, with mintmaster's initials "EB". Uncirculated, Cabinet piece.)"
This was struck 1906-07. It is rather scarcer in nice condition than the wedding anniversary commenorative issued the same year (KM 776).
Recorded mintage: 251,000 of the commemorative (KM 776) plus 300,573 of the regular issue (KM 773).
Specification: 15 g, 0.800 fine silver, 31 mm diameter, this specimen 15.01 g.
