This specimen was lot 11172 in Stack's Bowers June 2026 World Premier Collectors Choice Auction (Copenhagen, June 2026), where it sold for €317.20 (about US$366). The catalog description[1] noted, "SWEDEN. 2 Öre, 1882. Stockholm Mint. Oskar II. NGC MS-65 Brown. Beautiful gem with a pleasant color covered with an attractive layer of delicate toning. From the L.E. Bruun Collection." This is a slightly better date. The type was struck 1877-1905.
