This specimen was lot 12280 in Ponterio sale 169 (Baltimore, November 2012), where it sold for $588. The catalog description[1] noted, "SWEDEN. 20 Kronor, 1878/7. NGC MS-65." This type was struck in Sweden 1877-99, all with mintmaster Emil Brusewitz (initials "EB"). The release of the hoard of the Bank of Sweden in the late nineties made this type common in all grades.
Recorded mintage: 245,000.
