This specimen was lot 4350 in Sincona sale 39 (Zürich, May 2017), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,
"SCHWEDEN, Karl XI. 1660-1697 4 Mark 1691. Stockholm. Selten in dieser Erhaltung. Vorzüglich-FDC. NGC MS 62. (kingdom of Sweden, Charles XI, 1660-97, four mark of 1691, Stockholm mint. Rare in this condition. Extremely fine-uncirculated.)"
This type, struck 1683-96, is the most common of this denomination struck during the seventeenth century.
