This specimen was lot 4089 in Goldberg sale 104 (Los Angeles, June 2018), where it sold for $90. The catalog description[1] noted, "Great Britain. Farthing Token, 1794. Bath, Somerset. George III. Obverse portrait of Bladud with legend: BLADUD FOUNDED BATH. Reverse: Figure of Bladud with 2 small pigs and THROUGH HIS SWINE. Mint state and very prooflike. Possibly a specimen strike. Choice Uncirculated. Bladud was a legendary king of the Britons who was said to have been (as a youth) educated in Athens, where he contracted a severe skin disease. On his return, the waters of the Bath area cured him, and he later founded a city in the vicinity."
