This specimen was lot 4362 in Sincona sale 39 (Zürich, May 2017), where it sold for 800 CHF (about US$960 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"Serbien, Michael Obrenovitch IV. (I.), 1868-1889 1 Dinar 1879. Äusserst seltene Erhaltung. Prachtvolle Erhaltung. FDC. NGC MS 65. (principality of Serbia, Michael Obrenovitch IV, 1868-89, one dinar of 1879. Extremely rare condition. Cabinet piece. Brilliant uncirculated.)"
This type was struck 1879 only but is common in circulated condition. The next dinar is dated 1897.
