This specimen was lot 1154 in Stephen Album internet sale 28 (Santa Rosa, CA, July 2024), where it sold for $102. The catalog description[1] noted, "SAN MARINO: Republic, AR 10 lire, 1937, a wonderful example, PCGS graded MS64, ex Joe Sedillot Collection." This type was struck in Rome for the tiny republic of San Marino in 1931-38. The mintage is low but many were saved as souvenirs so the type is available in lightly circulated condition. It is accompanied by silver five (KM 9) and twenty lire (KM 11). The obverse features St. Agatha.
