from Künker sale 352, lot 1699

This specimen was lot 1699 in Künker sale 352 (Osnabrück, Germany, September 2021), where it sold for €500 (about US$696 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"DIE GEISTLICHKEIT IN DEN HABSBURGISCHEN ERBLANDEN, SALZBURG, ERZBISTUM, Franz Anton von Harrach, 1709-1727. Dukat 1710. GOLD. R Druckstelle, sehr schön. (archbishopric of Salzburg, Franz Anton von Harrach, 1709-27, ducat of 1710. Rare, dent in the reverse, very fine.)"

This type, with St. Rupert on the reverse, was struck 1709-26. It was accompanied by KM 309 (bust obverse).
