This specimen was lot 32181 in Heritage sale 3076 (Long Beach, CA, September 2019), where it sold for $2,340. The catalog description[1] noted, "Russia: USSR palladium Proof 'Ship St. Paval' 25 Roubles 1990-(L) PR70 Ultra Cameo NGC, Leningrad mint, Obv. Sailing ship St. Pavel to left. Rev. National arms over date and value. Essentially flawless, with sharp cameo appearance." This NCLT honors the 250th anniversary of the discovery of Russian America. Other twenty-five rubles for 1990 include Y239, Y243, Y250.

Recorded mintage: 6,500 proofs.
