This specimen was lot 2405 in Goldberg sale 106 (Los Angeles, September 2018), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "Russia. 20 Kopecks, 1976. USSR. Scarce date. PCGS graded MS-66." The mintages of this type produced 1961-91 are not recorded but most dates are common. The years 1965-76 must have seen a cutback in production as all those dates are scarce. Proofs are unlisted.
Recorded mintage: unknown but very scarce.
Specification: 3.3 g, copper-nickel-zinc, 22 mm diameter.
