Goldberg NY International sale 59, lot 2260

This specimen was lot 2260 in Goldberg's NY International sale 59 (New York, January 2023), where it did not sell. The catalog description^[1] noted, "50 Kopecks 1927 ПΛ. Authenticated and graded by NGC MS 63 (# 6271997-006). Choice brilliant uncirculated." The Communists struck this type 1925-27. Proofs exist. It is the last silver fifty kopeks.
