This specimen was lot 45641 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Costa Mesa, CA, August 2021), where it sold for $110. The catalog description[1] noted, "RUSSIA. 2 Kopeks, 1811-KM NB. Alexander I. NGC MS-63 Brown. A boldly struck and pleasing coin with soft luster throughout and very dark brown surfaces." This type was struck at Kolyvan 1810-12. Similar two kopeks were struck in large numbers 1810-30 at Ekaterinburg, Izhora and St. Petersburg but few survive in nice condition.
