This specimen was lot 73059 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, June 2021), where it sold for $384. The catalog description[1] noted, "ROMANIA. 20 Lei, 1930-H. Heaton Mint. PCGS MS-65 Gold Shield. Finest certified for the year and mint mark by PCGS. Beautiful copper red in color with splashes of purple-blue toning."
Recorded mintage: 40,000,000 (London) + 5,000,000 (Heaton) + 5,000,000 (King's Norton).
Specification: 7.50 g, nickel brass, 27 mm diameter.
