This specimen was lot 354 in Sincona Auction 103 (Zürich, May 2026), where it sold for 225 CHF (about US$343 including buyers' fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"DEUTSCHLAND Reuss, Ältere Linie (Untergreiz). Heinrich III. 1733-1768. 1/8 Taler 1753, Saalfeld. Ausbeute der Gruben zu Kleinreinsdorf. Sehr schön-vorzüglich. (Germany, county of Reuss, elder line, Henry III, 1733-68, one-eighth thaler of 1753, Saalfeld mint, for the Kleinreinsdorf mine. Very Fine-Extremely Fine.)"
This design (perhaps even these dies) were used on a double ducat (KM Pn2, not listed in Friedberg). This line fell extinct on Heinrich III's death and the lands passed to Reuss-Obergreiz.
