This specimen was lot 2836 in Stephen Album sale 37 (Santa Rosa, CA, June 2020), where it sold for $107.10. The catalog description[1] noted, "RADHANPUR: Zorawar Khan, 1825-1874, AR 100 falus, Radhanpur, 1869/AH1286, slight double-striking on the reverse, stained, lovely VF." Radhanpur was a princely state in the west of India near Baroda and Jhalawar. It is now part of Gujarat state. Its rulers were Muslims, hence the AH dating on the coins. This type was struck 1867-70. We are unsure of the face value of this coin but it probably traded for a rupee, based on the weight.

Recorded mintage: unknown.

Specification: silver, this specimen 11.69 g.

Catalog reference: KM-6.
