This type, issued 1979 from Lima, is part of a series of gold commemoratives honoring Peruvian heroes. This specimen was lot 3783 in Goldberg sale 75 (Los Angeles, September 2013), where it sold for $661. The catalog description[1] noted, "Peru. 50000 Soles, 1979. F. Garcia Calderon. PCGS graded MS-67."
