Paraguay 1938 2 pesos

This two pesos was struck for Paraguay in 1938, a one year type. It was accompanied by aluminum fifty centavos and one peso. Copper-nickel five and ten pesos were issued in 1939 and were the last coins issued for Paraguay until 1950. The peso was dropped in favor of the guarani in 1944.
