This specimen was lot 3541 in Sincona sale 43 (Zürich, October 2017), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,
"ITALY, Vatican - Church State, Benedikt XIV. 1740-1758 1/2 Zecchino 1743. Rom. Schön-sehr schön. (Papal States, Benedict XIV, 1740-58, half zecchino of 1743, Rome mint. Fine-very fine.)"
This type is listed for 1740-56. It is the only half ducat of the eighteenth century to be somewhat available.
