Papal States 1724 grosso KM-794

This date is listed in the SCWC for 1724 for Benedict XIII (1724-30) to honor the Lateran palace. The grosso was five baiocchi or one twentieth of a scudo. Many varieties were issued in the 1720's.

Recorded mintage: unknown but rather scarce.
