Künker Auction 426, lot 3734

This specimen was lot 3734 in Künker Auction 426 (Osnabrück, July 2025), where it sold for €145 (about US$205 including buyers' fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"NÜRNBERG, STADT Konv.-Taler 1758, mit Titel von Franz I. Fast sehr schön. (city of Nurnberg, convention thaler of 1758, struck in the name of Francis I, about very fine.)"

This type of 1757-60 is somewhat scarce. The city was annexed to Bavaria in 1806.
