This specimen was lot 73766 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2022), where it sold for $120. The catalog description[1] noted, "GERMANY. Nurnberg. Pfennig, 1683. PCGS MS-63. A crisply struck and very well preserved tiny uniface Pfennig, with a small hole as is usual for the type (planchet flaw as made). The surfaces are toned a pleasing mix of gray and plum." This uniface billon coin was struck 1675-1700 and has a low catalog value. The silver purity is not recorded but is likely to be low. It had a face value of one-fourth kreuzer.
