This specimen was lot 39441 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2025), where it sold for $65. The catalog description[1] noted, "NORWAY. 10 Kroner, 1964. Haakon VII. NGC MS-65. Struck to commemorate [the] sesquicentennial of the Constitution." The reverse depicts Eidsvollsbygningen, the manor house where the Constitution was signed in 1814. Tho struck at two mints, there seems to be no way to distinguish them.
Recorded mintage: 382,000 struck at Kongsberg plus 1,026,000 struck in London.
Specification: 20 g, 0.900 fine silver, 35 mm diameter, edge lettered "ENIGE OG TRO TIL DOVRE FALLER".
