This specimen was lot 5319 in Goldberg sale 69 (Los Angeles, May, 2012), where it sold for $201.25. The catalog description [2] noted, "Norway. 2 Kroner, 1907. Haakon VII. Crowned mantled shield. Reverse: Inscription and date within tree, clasped hands around. NGC graded MS-62." This one year type was issued to celebrate the independence of Norway from Sweden in 1905. The last silver two kroner was issued in 1917.
