This specimen was lot 11137 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice Online Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2025), where it sold for €105 (about US$110). The catalog description[1] noted, "NORWAY. 2 Skilling, 1702. Kongsberg Mint. Frederik IV. NGC VF-20. From the L. E. Bruun Collection." This type was struck 1700-14 in substantial quantities and is quite a bit more available than the two skillings of Christian V. One specie daler was six mark or 96 skilling.

Recorded mintage: 833,000.

Specification: 1.22 g, 0.344 fine silver, this specimen 1.02 g.
