This specimen was lot 3700 in Steve Album Auction 55 (Santa Rosa, CA, May 2026), where it sold for $180. The catalog description[1] noted, "NEPAL: Rana Bahadur, 1777-1799, AR mohar, SE1711 (1789), an attractive example, PCGS graded MS62." This type was struck SE1699-1711 and has a very low catalog value. Nepal was and is an independent nation between India and Tibet but under the strong influence of the British raj. Mohars also exist in gold.
