This specimen was lot 36384 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Chicago, August 2022), where it sold for $840. The catalog description[1] noted, "NEPAL. Kathmandu. Mohar, NS 835 (1715). Bhaskara Malla. PCGS MS-63." Bhaskara Malla is listed as king in Kathmandu 1700-14. The SCWC lists this as an issue of Mahendra Simha, his successor during 1714-22. As we are unable to read the text on the coin, we must let the reader decide. The mohar was half a rupee and coins were minted down to 1/128 mohar.
