This specimen was lot 2688 in Goldberg sale 109 (Los Angeles, January 2019), where it sold for $108. The catalog description[1] noted, "Italian States: Naples. 2 Tornesi, 1853. Ferdinando II. PCGS graded MS-64 Red & Brown." This type was struck 1838-59. The coin was worth 1/120 of a piastra.
Recorded mintage: unknown but a common date.
