This specimen was lot 2644 in Sincona sale 87 (Zürich, October 2023), where it sold for 600 CHF (about US$808 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"ITALIEN Neapel / Sizilien, Ferdinando IV. 1. periodo, 1759-1799. 6 Ducati 1777, Napoli. NGC XF45. (Italy, kingdom of Naples and Sicily, Ferdinand IV, first reign, 1759-99, six ducati of 1777, Naples mint. Extremely fine.)"

This type was issued 1769-81 for Ferdinand IV, younger brother of Charles IV of Spain.
